Shipping & Returns 

Custom Items/Commissions: Half payment deposit expected at time of custom, to be discussed between the artist and customer. This deposit non-refundable! Finished payment and shipping is expected at time the item is finished. Once item is paid for there is no refunds.
Repairs: If you have purchased a piece of clothing/jewelry from me, I will repair the item for it’s lifetime (you must pay to ship the item). I believe in wearing items for decades if and when possible to cut down on waste, please email me before tossing anything you have even a small question about.

Ready-To-Ship/Non-Custom Items: No returns or exchanges, all items on site are one of a kind and therefore cannot be replaced with a second. Please email with photos sammlillard@gmail.com any issues with items ordered and allow a 3-5 day response for all emails.
